starting to look at the best loans

So we have decided to start looking at the best options when we buy a house...wether or not we go with a big or smaller bank or another company (has been around for years)..some offer package deals some don't..wether or not we even want to look at that..ther eis a lot of information out there so now is the time to start looking and seeing what the options are so we are ready to go when we want to buy...its a lot to research...but worth it

    Research is a good idea. That way if you find a house you want to bid on, you will have the groundwork done on how to proceed.

    Definitely good to start looking and planning now because finance in Australia is not what it used to be. I have not blogged about it yet (but I think the entry is not too far away) but I bought a new car at the start of the month and the headaches involved in getting finance were unlike anything I have ever experienced. We always go with the big four for banks but there are probably some good smaller institutions too - just be very careful in this day and age as we are in a recession and you don’t want a smaller institution to fold with your money.

    vs ozgirl...we just bought a car in may but we paid cash...we always do but a house is a little different...I don't really like the big banks but we just want to know all our options and can pick the best one...but yes I'm sure things have changed...we haven't had any finance in years..so will be interesting..when we apply
